Jessica grew up in the south with a bunch of family pets, from lizards, to cats and dogs, to horses.  She knew from a very young age that she wanted to become a veterinarian, and never strayed from that path.  Jessica got her B.S. in Animal Science from North Dakota State University in 2006, and became Dr. Jessica in 2011 from the University Of Minnesota.  She then became Dr. Jessica Trogstad in September 2011 and now lives in Atlanta, GA with hubby Trogstad.

Dr. T (as most people call her) spends her free time riding her horse Scuba (who is the mascot for the TGH logo and many of our photos on this site), playing with her two Boston Terrier pups Pipsqueak and Thelma, and photographing as many things as she possibly can.
